Rosenthal and the F+T Group have several CATI centers across Europe and Latin America (and have a US alliance giving us access to a Tucson CATI room).

Our total proprietary capacity amounts to over 300 seats. All stations are fully web enabled allowing us to work on the clients’ systems whenever required.

The CATI software used is VOXCO Command Center, unifying the interviewing surface and quality control system across all our centres.

All our programming and hosting is centralized in our German headquarters.

Our programming department consists of 5 experienced and dedicated CATI programmers.

Of course, we offer all related services such as questionnaire translations, coding, back translations, and tabulation.
